Initiative is Nike's and Jordan brands newly-appointed media agency of record for EMEA, responsible for strategy, integrated media planning and activation, measurement, and data & technology services across 34 countries. Kinesso partners with Initiative to create best in class solutions for Nike.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Social Marketing

Hands-on campaign management across major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.Forecasting and strategic planning of Social activity to hit campaign objectives.Support AD in the development of a clear roadmap to drive client engagement and growth plans aligned to client priorities.Reporting and insights into campaign performance and optimization.Contribute to developing new products and working methods that improve Social results.Help educate the clients on Social media strategies and tactics; engage clients in digital communications by demonstrating their direct response, creative and brand-building abilities.Participate in and learn about social marketing and its impact on our clients.Keep up to date with and lead the testing of new Social products.Identify areas for operational efficiencies and improve processes.Proactively identifying measurement opportunities and developing client Test and Learn frameworks .Ensure team deadlines are met 100% of the time.

Leadership & Management

Lead the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution.Ensure that all client campaigns follow the internal Social process.Provide consistent and practical support to Account Directors / Senior Account Managers and Business Performance Directors.Prepare and lead performance review presentations.Lead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations.Lead meetings and discussions directly with the team or client.Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure Kinesso Media provides the proper response at the right time in the appropriate manner.Build an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives, and develop strategies to help meet those objectives.Effectively set and manage client expectations.Understand individual client needs (on specific projects and beyond) so you can help them be successful in their roles and with their bosses; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well.Ensure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for the client and easy to access.Provide counsel to clients’ marketing issues and opportunities, engaging the Account Director as appropriate.


People Management

Actively nurture the goal of making Kinesso Media an enjoyable place for staff and clients to engage with.Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of functions to ensure an acceptable workload.Keep Business Performance Director informed of Account Analyst development and performance.Identify opportunities for Account Analysts to take ownership of tasks or projects to develop and grow.Develop and maintain strong relationships with your key client stakeholders becoming a trusted partner​


Desired Skills & Experience

Needs to have Paid social marketing experience, responsible for planning and managing campaigns across major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.100% required certification and accreditation​.Experience managing large budgets and delivering solid results across multiple markets and product types for a large retail brand.Have experience with e-commerce performance and brand campaigns using major Social platforms such as Meta, Snapchat Tik Tok and Pinterest.Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in Paid Social marketing.Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down.Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, and building partnerships.Able to work in high press, high-pressure and resolve client issues.Analytical, yet operate strategically, with an understanding of the ‘big picture.’‘Hands-on’ approach to operations: Plans, assigns and directs work, time, material, people.Proactive working attitude towards the team and client.
