Luxe Talent, een internationaal rekrutering en selectieagentschap gespecialiseerd in Fashion, Luxe, Retail en FMCG, is op zoek naar een Beauty Advisor Luxury Cosmetic Brand voor de opening van een nieuwe boutique in het centrum van Amsterdam.
In ons rekrutering en training adviesbureau werken we met verschillende bedrijven in de Luxe, Premium en High Premium sectoren in heel Europa en hebben we kantoren in Barcelona, Madrid, Parijs, Milaan, München en Amsterdam.
Taken van de Beauty Advisor:
- Een uitstekende klantenervaring bieden waarbij je de service aanpast aan de persoonlijkheid van elke klant, met constant oog op detail.
- Je bent ambassadeur van het merk in visie en waarden.
- Uitleg en demonstratie van de producten en toepassingsmethodes door middel van de beauty rituelen van het merk.
- Uitstekende kennis bezitten over de producten en maatwerk leveren aan klanten in het adviseren van de juiste producten.
- Het geven van unieke beauty behandelingen.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van goede klantenrelaties wat resulteert in merkloyaliteit.
- Klaar staan voor alle vragen van klanten op een professionele en vriendelijke manier.
Vereisten:
- Diploma's in beauty cosmetics.
- Ervaring in advisering van klanten in beauty en cosmetic producten.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. Andere talen zijn een plus.
- Sterke motivatie in het behalen van doelen zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief.
- Behulpzaam, vriendelijk en een klantgerichte werkhouding.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Enthousiast en nieuwsgierig om nieuwe productkennis op te doen.
