As a  Sales Representative , you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Joint Replacement portfolio – South East Netherlands

Your key responsibilities:

In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be planning and executing business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments. With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical and surgical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also occasionally provide in-theater support, if needed. Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction. You will participate in congresses and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.

What are we looking for?

You already possess sales experience, preferably within medical devices or related industries. You hold a diploma/degree preferably in related fields such as physiotherapy, healthcare, business administration, medical devices, or technical career. You hold a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English is required.
