All about the role

As an intern, you will work in the Facilities team that is responsible for the HQ Amsterdam location. You will become acquainted with all activities in the field of facilities management. As we are planning to open our new headquarters in Amsterdam beginning of next year, it’s a great opportunity to be part of this exciting process. 
 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

You support the Facilities team in the systematic and daily management such as:

  •  Be the first point of contact for all visitors, employees and suppliers
  •  Conduct floor checks and maintenance checks     
  • Assist our employees with all types of office-related questions
  • Organizing and assisting in events, travel bookings, ordering office supplies, etc
  • Assist in post process and shipping
  • Participate in project work for our office
  • Working closely with the Facilities team on optimising processes 

What will you bring to the table?

  • You are a student at a Facility education at MBO level (4th year) or Bachelor (HBO) level (3rd year)
  • Team player but also strongly independent
  • You are flexible, reliable and hands-on     
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a proactive attitude and are eager to learn
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
