As a Corporate Finance Director in the Infrastructure sector team at Van Lanschot Kempen, you are ready to be part of a dynamic international team, take a high degree of responsibility and make an impact from day one. You are looking to take your career to the next level in a boutique investment bank, advising clients in the Infrastructure sector on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solution.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Director Corporate Finance at Van Lanschot Kempen. As a professional, you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as:

Build and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering teamwork, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team. Identify, evaluate, and originate advisory opportunities in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies Be a team lead in the execution of transactions, which includes workflows like process management, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence Support clients in negotiations and structuring of complex transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Van Lanschot Kempen organization to develop and drive business growth

8-10 years of relevant working experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, strategy consultancy within the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector Communication and project management talent Good mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written

Our Infrastructure sector team focuses on key infrastructure segments, like renewable energy and digital infrastructure.

Our client base consists of entrepreneurs, large corporates, investors and pension funds. Although the majority of our transactions is in the Benelux, we have a worldwide network of investors and funding relations.

In the last years the team has been highly successful with deals in renewable energy, including solar, batteries and ev charging, as well as digital infrastructure like data centers, fiber networks and towers. Thanks to these successes the team can expand and is searching for new team members.
