De functie

We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een zelfstandige elektrisch/allround onderhoudstechnici om het technische team te versterken voor onze site Utrecht waar proteïne wordt geproduceert. Je zal deel uitmaken van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het operationeel houden van onze productielijn door middel van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Wanneer er zich een defect voordoet, gebruik je je communicatie- en foutopsporingsvaardigheden om met procesoperators te praten en te begrijpen waarom de storing is opgetreden. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de machine wordt gerepareerd of escaleer je het probleem zo snel mogelijk. De verhouding electrisch/mechanisch is 80%/20%.

Taken

Als Elecktrisch/allround onderhoudstechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het volgen van alle bedrijfs- en wettelijke beleidslijnen inzake gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu.

• Het uitvoeren van geplande preventieve onderhoudsinspecties.

• Het repareren en aanpassen van productiemachines.

• Het tijdig vaststellen en verhelpen van elektrische en algemene (kleine) mechanische storingen.

• Het ondersteunen van aannemers/externe specialisten indien nodig.

• Het garanderen dat de machines veilig zijn voor gebruik.

• Het handhaven van een hoge kwaliteit van het werk en de vereiste mate van hygiëne.

• Het registreren van gegevens over onderhoudswerkzaamheden, bevindingen en gebruik van reserveonderdelen in SAP PM.

Functie-eisen

Deze functie is jou op het lijf geschreven wanneer je een positieve 'can-do' houding hebt en de juiste kwalificaties en ervaring als onderhoudstechnicus. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over het volgende:

• Diploma Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica op MBO-niveau 3/4.

• In bezit van een geldige VCA-vol of bereid te behalen.

• Ervaring met het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het repareren van elektrische circuits binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met voedselproductie is een plus.

• Ervaring met de SAP PM is een pré.

• Kennis van de toepasselijke gezondheids-, veiligheids- en brandvoorschriften.

• Kennis van PLC-programmering is een pré.

• Je bent bereid om het kwaliteits- en milieubeleid van Kerry Utrecht te leren en toe te passen.

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
