Does working for the coolest international brands get your juices flowing? Then we’re looking for you Please read on. /p p You are the middleweight champion of creative ideas for social and digital platforms. For this position of Medior Creative, you will mainly work on topical concepts and trends for (global) brands. With your social savvy eye, you can spot creative opportunities within communities and platforms, in order to turn them into new creatives ideas: channels like Tiktok have no surprises for you. You are a hybrid creative with multiple skills up your sleeve to create output resulting in the buildup of strong social, on-strategy ideas, engaging social campaigns and formats, newsworthy digital activations, and more. You will report to a (Associate) Creative Director./p p b What will you be doing?/b /p p Creativity/p li Think of and create original and effective (award-winning) concepts and campaigns, within budget;/li li Translate insights into creative concepts;/li li Come up with ideas for both existing and non- existing clients;/li li Oversee the process of visualizing a concept to a high-quality result (Art Direction);/li li Design a variety of communicative outputs./li p > Lead Oversee a small creative team on brand/project level; Have the responsibility on multiple clients (B-level clients) and their deadlines; Lead brainstorms with inspiration and examples; Brief a creative team; Make other ideas stronger and better, or turn them down in a constructive way.> Client
Create presentations of ideas and concepts, including sketches and mock-ups; Present ideas to clients on a Social / Jr. Brand Manager level; Translate the clients’ wishes in terms of reach, effect and stated goals into a concise proposal.Qualifications
Competences & Qualities
Creative; Organized and collaborative; Up to date on media, social platforms and new techniques; Able to escalate timely; Think outside the box and solve problems; Resistant to stress, being punctual and solution oriented; Responsible; Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote; AI-oriented; Proactive; Good with words (short copy); Got some video editing skills? That’s a plus; Fluent in English? Nice. Also in Dutch? Helps but not neccesary.-
