**Job Description: Creative (Full-time)**

**Opportunity**
We are looking for a hands-on & positive Creative, eager to help build the fastest-growing health challenger in Europe. At Holie’s, we’re developing the brand almost entirely in-house and are on the lookout for someone who can contribute to that growth. In this role, you’ll work on the creative expressions of our brand - both design and video - and share responsibility for brainstorming, developing, and executing visual and content campaigns.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Design visual assets such as social media posts, ads, banners, and other promotional materials that align with the brand identity.
- **Video Production**: Film, edit, and produce videos for social media, campaigns, and presentations.
- **Concept Development**: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, both online and offline.
- **Content Creation**: Develop compelling and visually attractive content for different platforms, aligned with the brand strategy.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tight timelines and smooth delivery.
- **Brand Identity**: Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- **Feedback Adaptation**: Quickly turn feedback from clients and internal stakeholders into creative adjustments.

**Required Skills**:

- Graphic design and video editing skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Experience with concept development within an advertising or marketing agency
- Excellent understanding of social media trends and digital content creation
- Basic skills with cameras and shooting photo/video content
- Strong organizational skills, including project management to handle multiple projects at once
- Creative, energetic, and able to present concepts convincingly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and flexibility are key
- Dutch language is not essential, but it's a preference
