About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Brand & Creative team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing visual identity strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative team and processes, ensuring high-quality creative output and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, including art direction, design, and tone of voice.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelance partners to deliver engaging and effective creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Brand lead to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns and product storytelling, from concept development to execution.
  • Ensure that our creative output is aligned with our brand strategy and commercial goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into our creative work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio of e-commerce and D2C brand experience.
  • Design-related degree and considerable commercial experience.
  • Team management and creative coaching experience.
  • Experience owning and project managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects/Premiere.
