Serviceplan Group Netherlands is voor onze medialabel Mediaplus namelijk op zoek naar een Communication Manager.

WAAR BEN JE VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR?

Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met betrekking tot de strategie, planning, executie en evaluatie van campagnes. Je kan de meeste klantvragen zelfstandig afhandelen, maar weet ook wanneer je collega’s erbij moet betrekken. Je bepaalt naar aanleiding van de klantbriefing de scope van de opdracht en zorgt in nauwe samenwerking met je collega’s van Strategie, Operations en de diverse media- en dataspecialisten voor een kwalitatief hoogwaardig campagneplan voor je klanten.

Innovatie is in onze branche belangrijk en daarom zorg je ervoor dat je op de hoogte bent van de laatste ontwikkelingen, nieuwe producten/formats en implementeert deze ook in de campagnes. Je hebt regelmatig overleg met alle betrokken partijen, zoals creatieve bureaus, publishers en externe specialisten. Alleen door goed samen te werken met alle partners van onze klanten behalen we de beste resultaten.

Naast de adviesfunctie speelt tevens client-/accountmanagement, budgetbewaking en coaching een rol in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je legt verantwoording af aan de desbetreffende Head Of en/of Client Lead en kan voor coaching on the job terecht bij de Communication Director.

WIE ZOEKEN WE?   

Je hebt een passie voor communicatie en (digital) media en geeft graag geïntegreerd advies over de inzet van diverse touchpoints door de hele marketing funnel heen, van awareness tot performance.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan ten minste 3 jaar bij een (media)bureau waar je klanten hebt voorzien van allround media-advies. Hierdoor heb je een goede basiskennis van alle mediumtypen, waarbij het pré is als je ook ervaring hebt op het gebied van digitale media.

Je bent communicatief vaardig, kan zelfstandig werken, leert snel en blijft rustig onder druk. Daarnaast kan je goed plannen en het overzicht bewaren. Je hebt HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift.

WAT ZIJN JE WERKZAAMHEDEN?  

  • Fungeren als primair contactpersoon voor klanten en daarnaast goed contact houden met andere partners en publishers.
  • Opstellen van media-/communicatieplannen in overleg met Strategie en diverse specialisten
  • Controleren of plannen in overeenstemming zijn met strategieën en doelstellingen.
  • Samenvoegen van diverse input tot een geïntegreerd voorstel.
  • Presenteren van het geïntegreerde mediaplan en evaluaties aan de klant.
  • In samenspraak met Operations het organiseren van de klantprocessen van briefing tot aan evaluatie
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het budget
  • Organiseren van klantenteam- en statusvergaderingen.

WAT MAG JE VAN ONS VERWACHTEN?   

  • Elke 21e van de maand een goed salaris dat past bij je ervaring en de kwaliteit van je werk; We hanteren per functiegroep salarisschalen, de salarisschaal voor deze functie is €3.280,- tot ongeveer €4.665,- afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis

  • Een gevarieerde Lunch op kantoor voor een eigen bijdrage van 41,-netto per maand
