Role:

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Commercial Operations Representative, where you will be responsible for the administration and submission of all quotations, public tenders and contract management of a designated sales region within EMEA territory. In this role, you will be working closely with Sales, Finance and Quality on a daily basis and you will be reporting directly to our Sales Operations Manager.

Location: Netherlands/Germany – Remote

How you will contribute to ASP:

Manages application of tenders, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activities Drives the development of tender responses in close cooperation with Commercial, Finance, Quality and Regulatory departments Manages all relevant administrative documents Works with CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting systems (Incorta, Power BI) to track and capture customer related actions Manages and resolves operational pricing discrepancies in cooperation with Commercial and Customer Service teams Maintenance and follow up of expiring regional customer contracts

What will make you thrive in this role:

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Commercial supporting functions preferably within medical industry 2+ years Public tender experience (preferred) Strong Excel skills and digital literacy Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP is a plus) Thrives on detail and accuracy Fluent in English, Dutch and German
