As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting our cutting-edge technology with customers, helping them solve some of the world’s toughest challenges.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in converting our activities into actionable sales initiatives with high efficiency through our deal funnel. You will support sales actively in the initial stages of the funnel and provide crucial support during the closing phases of deals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound nurturing, converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into deals.
- Opportunity Management: Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure
- Operational Support: Providing operational support during the sampling phase, maintaining close contact with potential customers regarding shipping and receiving customer samples and reports
- Sales Cycle Support: Supporting the sales cycle through lead follow-up, classification, and structured communication throughout the entire lead and deal lifecycle
- Event Support: Supporting webinars, tradeshows, and customer events to drive engagement and sales opportunities
- Customer and Market Engagement: Understanding customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the commercial and process operator teams to create compelling marketing sales presentations.

Whether you're at the start of your career or are a seasoned professional who enjoys supporting a commercial team, we’re looking for individuals who are driven by ownership, highly organized, and innovative in their approach to sales. To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a graduate-level education (HBO/WO) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management
- Possess excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
- Be capable of identifying, translating, and converting customer needs in a dynamic environment
- Be a proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills
- Be comfortable working in a deep tech and scale-up company environment
- Have a proven ability to create powerful sales content
- Thrive in a diverse team focused on commercial success through end-to-end support
- Be willing and able to travel internationally occasionally.
**Location**:
This position is based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. While we support hybrid working, our small, scaling-up team requires regular teamwork and face-to-face interactions.
