Our NextGen Sales Academy was created to build the next generation of Dell Technologies sales leaders. Through an industry-leading training and enablement program, we are focused on developing ambitious early career talent along an accelerated career path. It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills, and commercial acumen; you will need to be confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the ability to influence and negotiate.


You will:

Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

Be responsible for various sized accounts

Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners

Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

Essential Requirements

Passionate about growing a sales career in the technology industry

Problem solving skills, Results driven

Excellent communication skills

NL/ENG professional language skills

Master degree, graduate or 0-12 months of full-time work experience
