De Sales Application Specialist zorgt ervoor dat de verkochte producten en diensten volledig door de klant worden gebruikt en de voordelen opleveren die in het verkoopproces zijn beschreven. Je onderhoudt een voortdurende relatie met geselecteerde klanten en verkoopmedewerkers, met name diegenen die gericht zijn op technische toepassingen van het product of de dienst.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven teamplayer met klinische en technische expertise. Je hebt ervaring in Med tech/Pharma en het is een pré als je al bekend bent met dialyse. Je maakt deel uit van het Sales team met Area Sales Managers en Sales Application Specialisten. Je rapporteert aan de Business Unit Manager BeNeLux.

Taken

Demonstreer de meest waardevolle kenmerken/attributen van het product/de dienst en koppel deze aan de belangrijkste uitdagingen van de klant. Ondersteunt de implementatie van verkooptactieken en -strategieën door technische expertise te bieden en productkennis te ondersteunen. Vernieuwingen bij klanten stimuleren en veiligstellen door uitzonderlijke service-interacties, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de klant consequent waarde haalt uit het product/de dienst. Actief zoeken naar manieren waarop aanvullende producten/diensten de waarde van het account van de klant binnen de organisatie kunnen vergroten. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een klantcontactplan om productlanceringen te communiceren en klanten te betrekken bij relevante verkoopcampagnes in nauwe samenwerking met Area Sales Managers. Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en klachten van klanten en deze oplossen, waarbij je complexe kwesties doorverwijst naar anderen en ervoor zorgt dat de klant een passend antwoord krijgt. Intern samenwerken en werken als de klantkampioen in cross-functionele teams om sterke externe klantrelaties op te bouwen. Effectieve werkrelaties opbouwen binnen de interne klantorganisatie en bijdragen aan het beheer van de partnering relatie, waarbij professionele diensten van hoge kwaliteit worden geleverd binnen vastgestelde routines of als onderdeel van een overeengekomen project.

Profiel

Bachelor of gelijkwaardig diploma (in Sales of gelijkwaardig).  Werkervaring in verkoopfunctie en/of ziekenhuisomgeving (> 3 jaar). De basisprincipes van e-health, gegevensbeveiliging en aanverwante onderwerpen begrijpen. Effectieve communicatie: Initieert overtuigende, op maat gemaakte verkoopgesprekken en heeft vaardige communicatievaardigheden met sterke interculturele vaardigheden en begrip.  Bouwt netwerken op: Breed netwerk van contacten binnen en buiten de organisatie. Sterke Microsoft Office-vaardigheden (SAP, Lotus Notes, Internet) Nederlands als moedertaal, Engels C1 niveau (andere taal is een pre). Branche specifieke kennis, bijv. marktdynamiek en -trends in de gezondheidszorg, openbare aanbestedingen en onderhandelingen, lokale vereisten en behoeften in de gezondheidszorg. Klantgerichte aanpak: Houdt de klant in het middelpunt van de verkoop, verhoogt het inzicht van partners, gebruikt gemeenschappelijke terminologie.
