Wat ga je doen?

Als projectmanager bij Demcon Life science & Health ben je de schakel tussen de klant en het interne ontwikkelteam. Je stuurt de technische, organisatorische en kwalitatieve aspecten van de projecten aan. Je overziet en beheert het hele proces van offerte (bijbehorende aannames, conceptvorming, risico’s, urenbudget en planning) tot de realisatie van het projectdoel bij de klant.

Daarnaast bewaak je de technische voortgang. Bij eventuele knelpunten ben je in staat om proactief in te grijpen. Tot slot zorg je voor een uitstekende communicatie met de klant, ondersteuning binnen het projectteam en interne communicatie binnen Demcon. Het team bestaat nu uit 8 Project Managers en aan jou de taak om de junior en medior Project Managers te begeleiden en ondersteunen.Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van de processen en werkwijzes binnen het Project Management team.

Wat breng je mee?

Een afgeronde technische wo-opleiding en uitgebreide kennis in eigen technisch vakgebied; Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als (technisch) projectleider / projectmanager gericht op development / productontwikkeling in de medische of biotech sector; Empathisch vermogen en een enthousiasmerende persoonlijkheid.
