Service Coordinator / Planner

Join our team at Heliox and play a key role in driving the transition to a sustainable, electric world. As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you'll ensure our fast chargers are always ready and reliable.

Your role:

As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating service activities, including preventive maintenance, reworks, component replacements, and software updates.
  • Starting from scratch to identify what needs to be done and who needs to be involved and make it happen.
  • Collaborating with customers, Service Partners and other Heliox teams to ensure service activities are scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Ensuring all necessary components are available and correctly positioned.
  • Developing, documenting, and improving service processes and systems for efficiency and repeatability.
  • Working closely with Supply Chain, Service Partners, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A bachelors degree.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to connect the dots.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and coordinating projects.
  • A proactive and energetic approach to work.
  • Experience in technical companies, installation companies, the construction sector, or manufacturing industries are a plus.

  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate complex service activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop and document processes for continuous improvement.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Technical background is a plus.
