The warehouse in Holtum serves variouscustomers. Due to the limited accessibility by public transport,your own transport is necessary. The location is easily accessiblefrom Sittard-Geleen, Heerlen, Weert, Landgraaf, Brunssum andRoermond.


Yourcolleagues speak the Dutch and/or the English language. You reportto the Customer Service Manager and do not manage any staff byyourself.

Functieomschrijving

You will be part of a dynamic environment, yourworking day is never boring or the same. You will deal with variousinterests (customer and organization), have differentresponsibilities (customer service, planning & transport, andcustoms).

Your tasksinclude:

  • Being the contact person forthe customer regarding specific operational questions andproblems.
  • Monitoring the progress and handlingof exeptional services and products.
  • Managingthe administrative handling of customer service-related inquiries,such as customer requests andcomplaints.
  • Responsible for the correcthandling, both administratively and communicatively, of (customs)documentation for shipments.
  • Prioritizing andreleasing orders in the system based on priority anddate.
  • Collaborating closely with yourcolleagues in the warehouse.

Functie-eisen
  • A background and passion to grow inCustomer Service;
  • Available fulltime indayshift from monday till fridag (08:00 AM - 16:30PM);
  • You can work independently and know how toset priorities;
  • Strong communication level inEnglish.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • The gross hourly wage is between €13,68and €15,58, depending on the experience you allreadyhave;
  • You get 10% holidayhours.
  • You will also receive 8% holidaypay.
  • Building up Pension from your firstworking day on.
  • You can receive a maximum of€9.30 per day in travel expenses (for a single journey of 20kilometers).
  • You receive a contract byOlympia.
