What will you do?

As a Business Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Business Support department. You will play a key role in overseeing various functions, including customer service, transfers, inbound planning and N.P.I.'s. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for new suppliers, ensure that all billing activities are handled in a timely manner and continuously strive for process improvement within the team. Your efforts will make a crucial contribution to achieving our goals and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Business Support Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van onze Business Support afdeling. Je zult een sleutelrol spelen bij het toezicht houden op verschillende functies, waaronder klantenservice, transfers, inbound planning en N.P.I.'s. Bovendien zal je fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe leveranciers, ervoor zorgen dat alle factureringsactiviteiten tijdig worden afgehandeld en continu streven naar procesverbetering binnen het team. Jouw inzet zal een cruciale bijdrage leveren aan het behalen van onze doelstellingen en het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van onze klanten.
