Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and passionate PM/PO with 3-6 years of experience, who is excited to dive deeper with us on financial services such as Invoicing/AR and Account Payables/AP. The candidate should be a self-starter, fully proficient in running product research, competitive analysis, writing specs, working with product, designers, and stakeholders across the company + leading product delivery with the help of tech leads.

We are looking for someone with proven success in coming into a new field, figuring it out, building a new product from scratch and making it successful. It’s key you have the experience of working with clients, conducting interviews & gathering feedback, and iterating based on it. Strong familiarity with key product methodologies and your own mix that you apply is expected for this role.

What would we like to see?
  • 3-6 years of experience working as a product manager – fintech experience preferred, but not required
  • Experienced in conducting customer interviews
  • Proficient in product research
  • Strong documentation skills
  • MVP mindset, ability to run a team with agile process
  • Strong communication skills, including managing up/down
  • Experience running product delivery covering PO/PM functions
  • Strong knowledge of UX & ability to work with designers to make it better
  • Knowledge of Invoicing/AP domains is a plus but is not required.
