On behalf of Uber Randstad is looking for a financecoordinator for the global marketing department.

The finance coordinator at Uber will partner with themarketing teams and work on operational finance. You will varioustasks, for example creating and managing purchase requests. Andsupport on all stages of the finance life cycle.

In this position, you willwork as the finance coordinator and support Ubers Marketing EMEAdepartment. This is a unique position that will offer theopportunity to improve the return on investment (ROI) of the EMEAmarketing department.

You will take care offinancial forecasting and reporting, and perform analysis. Next tothat, financial planning s a part of your job. You will have thechance to shape and develop marketing finance processes and workclosely with a diverse team of marketing managers from acress theEMEA region.

Uber is looking for someonewith the below qualities:

  • You have atleast 2 years professional experience infinance
  • As a professional, you have a strategicmindset and the ability to make and present strategicpresentations
  • You have excellent system-basedorganization skills, and the ability tomultitask
  • Demonstrated strategic finance oraccounting capabilities and experience
  • You areadaptable and a good relationshipbuilder
  • You're good with systems: GoogleSheets, Slides and Docs have no secrets foryou
what will youdo

In this position, you areworking with finance and relevant marketing stakeholders to ensureclose oversight of all marketing investments in the region.
You will contribute to marekting meetings between your region(EMEA) and the global marketing as well as between your region andthe local marketing teams. You will also deliver weekly marketingmailers which are distributed to the entire region and employeebase.

Up for that challenge? In this jobyour resposibilities will consistof:

  • Developing financial forecasts andprovide insights as it relates to financial performance and improveprocesses
  • Interact regularly with MarketingOperations, Marketing Finance and Regional Marketing stakeholdersto maintain support documentation and corresponding details tosupport marketing-related expenses.
  • You willcreate PO's
  • Take care of financial planning -support the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term planningprocess
  • Lead the monthly accrualprocess
  • Host training and developmentsessions
