Als Teamlead Data Science speel je een cruciale rol in het aansturen van het data science team binnen de RD&I-afdeling. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn essentieel voor het verbeteren van producten en processen door middel van data-analyse. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van netwerken en het samenwerken met zowel interne teams als externe partners vormen een integraal onderdeel van jouw functie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van ontwikkeling van data science modellen, van het vaststellen van doelstellingen tot het maken van strategische keuzes tussen het ontwikkelen van eigen tools of het inzetten van externe oplossingen. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor de naadloze integratie van deze datamodellen en tools binnen de bestaande RD&I-projecten. Met jouw expertise waarborg je de beveiliging van deze modellen. Daarnaast waarborg je de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid van de processen door het verzorgen van trainingen en tutorials.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je bent in bezit een Masterdiploma in Data Science, Computer Science of iets vergelijkbaars
  • Je hebt minimaal 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring (incl. stages) op het gebied van Data Engineering en/of projectmanagement
  • Je bent bekend met Python en R, en SQL-databases.
  • Je hebt enige ervaring met Microsoft Azure of AWS
  • Je bent bekend met DevOps-praktijken en hebt ervaring met het gebruik van tools zoals Git.
  • Ervaring met ML is een prè
  • Ervaring met C++ is een prè
  • Je bent vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
