Assistant Manager (Technology Transfer) (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine (Ref. 523904) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, science, business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the relevant industry. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Highly motivated, innovative, and hardworking.

Duties:

Join the Technology Transfer Unit of HKUMed, contributing to technology commercialization activities. Work closely with researchers in the Faculty and external collaborators to identify and develop collaboration and commercialization opportunities. Organize events to promote commercialization initiatives. Provide support to senior management for meetings and engagements with government offices, organizations, or corporations. Assist in the administration of innovation- and technology-related funding schemes. Perform other duties as assigned.
