Als Customer Integrations Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het initiëren en begeleiden van procesverbeteringen gericht op klantintegratie support processen, in Nederland en in de Benelux in samenwerking met andere Geopost Business units;Het initiëren van verbeteringen op onze zakelijke verzend- en tracking applicaties;Binnen Customer Integrations zijn we allemaal verantwoordelijk voor onze klanten en hun uitdagingen, hiermee ben je altijd actief betrokken in het primaire proces.

Je uitdaging ligt in het overtuigen en betrekken van jouw collega’s binnen Sales, Marketing en IT, dat jouw procesverbeteringen voor henzelf evenals voor DPD voordelig zijn. Zowel op verzoek als ongevraagd geef je aanbevelingen ter verbetering van diverse processen, waarbij je je collega's, eventueel binnen projecten, overtuigt van de voordelen van deze verbeteringen. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het beheer en de borging van (deel-)processen en verbeteringen. Kortom, een uitdagende functie met ruimte voor initiatief en ondernemerschap.

Het team Customer Integrations werkt in de driehoek DPD, klant en technologie. Je komt terecht in een positief, naar buiten gericht team. Klanten staan centraal.

Je bent voortdurend bezig met het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van Customer Integrations door het verzamelen, analyseren, rapporteren, herontwerpen, implementeren en optimaliseren van klant- en IT-gerelateerde processen en applicaties.

Omdat je vaak expertise nodig hebt die buiten het team valt, zoek je veelvuldig verbinding met collega's van bijvoorbeeld Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Service, externe partners, onze klanten en andere Geopost business units. Hiermee fungeer je tevens als visitekaartje van de afdeling en DPD, en vervul je een belangrijke voorbeeldfunctie wat betreft gewenste houding, gedrag en klantgerichtheid.

Je komt te werken in een gezellig en ambitieus team op onze Hubs in Eindhoven of Veenendaal of het depot in Rotterdam. Omdat we onze klanten meer en meer op Benelux niveau willen bedienen zal je zo nu en dan ook op ons Belgische HQ in Brussel zijn. Het is een informeel, positief, gedreven en resultaatgericht team, waar open en eerlijke communicatie vanzelfsprekend is en 9 tot 5 niet in het woordenboek voorkomt.

Je hebt een goed humeur en een flinke portie doorzettingsvermogen. Verder ben je een teamspeler, bruggenbouwer en overtuigend in je communicatie. Door je gestructureerde aanpak weet je hoofd- en bijzaken goed te scheiden. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken. Het analyseren en vereenvoudigen van complexe processen is jouw tweede natuur. Daarnaast ben je in staat om complexere processen en producten te doorzien, rootcauses van uitdagingen boven water te krijgen en hier zinvolle oplossingen op te initiëren. Je kunt prioriteren en bent niet bang voor klant contact, daarom aarzel je niet om de telefoon te pakken en de klant even te bellen om hem verder te helpen.

Wat neem je mee?

3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring;Hbo werk- en denkniveau;Affiniteit met IT is een pre. Je hebt kennis en ervaring met IT-processen.

En verder:

Kennis en ervaring met agile manieren van werken zijn een pre;Je hebt ervaring in het cross-functioneel samenwerken met andere afdelingen binnen projecten en eigen initiatieven;Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en zegt wat je doet, maar je doet ook wat je zegt;Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van het schrijven van requirements voor het doorontwikkelen van applicaties en werkprocessen is een pre.

Een passend salaris in de range van € 3.466,86 tot € 4.952,66 bruto per maand, afgestemd op jouw ervaring en expertise;
Flexibiliteit in werktijden en de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken (hybride: 50% vanuit huis en 50% op kantoor, maar meer op kantoor werken is natuurlijk ook mogelijk);
Contract voor 31 tot 38,75 uur (0,8 – 1,0 fte);Kilometervergoeding;25 vakantiedagen;Aantrekkelijke pensioensregeling met een eigen bijdrage van slechts 3.55%;Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.
