Client Service Director

Als client service director binnen HeadFirst Group heb je veel verantwoordelijkheden en met verantwoordelijkheden komen ook verwachtingen . We hebben een hele leuke organisatie welke het belangrijk vindt om continue in ontwikkeling te blijven, je werkt voor een mooie klanten waarbij jij een verbindende rol hebt.
Het is jouw taak om ervoor te zorgen dat de klant op de hoogte is van bepaalde ontwikkelingen, je helpt de teamleden en de teamlead om de complexe vraagstukken te beantwoorden en je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van verschillende projecten binnen het accountplan.
In het kort:
- Je bent een expert in het coördineren van inhuurprocessen;
- Je bent een gesprekspartner voor de Manager Externe Inhuur en Category Manager;
- Je bent een vraagbaak voor team/teamlead op complexe vraagstukken;
- Je hebt kennis van implementatie van wet- en regelgeving;
- Je zorgt voor realisatie van projecten binnen het accountplan.
- Een hbo- of wo-diploma;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als client service director of programmamanager;
- Enthousiasme en passie voor jouw vak;
- Communicatief sterk, gedreven en een echte verbinder;
- Competenties als service- en resultaatgericht, overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen.
