Account Support Representative
De rol van Account Support Representative is van fundamenteel belang voor het leveren van toegewijde service aan onze klanten. Je ondersteunt de accountmanager(s) op zowel commercieel als administratief gebied en zorgt voor een positieve klantervaring. In deze rol is het van essentieel belang dat je het overzicht behoudt in drukke tijden, dat je een oog voor details hebt en je hart sneller gaat kloppen van commercieel bezig zijn. Met jou proactieve en service gerichte aanpak lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de loyaliteit van klanten op de lange termijn.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Je werkt nauw samen de Account Managers om een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden; Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het backoffice beheer; van inkoop/ verkoop, het verzenden van offertes, tot het maken van orders en facturen; Materiaal sourcing beheren door met onze productiepartners prijzen aan te vragen, te analyseren en te onderhandelen, verkoopprijzen binnen het verkoopteam bepalen, met als doel om tot eerlijke en concurrerende prijzen te komen die bijdragen aan onze strategische verkoopdoelen; Nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering van klantorders (bijv. Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, etc.) Het beheren van bestellingen en planningen van de productie in nauw overleg met onze productiepartners; Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor elke zending, waarbij een hecht partnerschap wordt opgebouwd met onze expediteurs; kwaliteitsinspecties regelen voordat de goederen worden geëxporteerd; tijdige exportdocumentatie regelen; Het volgen en handhaven van het bedrijfsbeleid en compliant zijn op alle gebieden, intern en extern; Zorg dragen voor een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.

Afgeronde MBO+/HBO opleiding in een commerciële richting. 2-3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst functie. Calculaties maken in Excel. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Duits is een pré. Affiniteit of ervaring in de verpakkingsbranche is een pré. Woonachtig in de regio Venlo. Ervaring met de gebruikelijke CRM- en ERP systemen (SAP). Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend. Je bent empathisch, besluitvaardig, continu op zoek naar mogelijkheden en oplossingen, enthousiasmerend en competitief. Je bent 32 of 39 uur beschikbaar. Werktijden zijn van 07.00 tot 16.00 uur en de werklocatie is op kantoor in Venlo. (Hybride werken is niet mogelijk)
