Who you are

As a customer service representative, you will additionally possess the following qualities:

  • You already have experience in a similar position . Or you have a completed logistics education and are ready for the next step in your career
  • You have a good command of the English language
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • You want to work in day shift
  • You are good at analyzing reports
  • You like to work in a team
What will you do

As a customer support officer, you will mainly deal with incoming orders. You check the orders and inquire about missing information. You maintain contact with the suppliers and are also in good contact with your colleagues from all departments. You ensure that all orders are checked, registered and shipped in good order.

As a customer support officer, you will also be involved in the following tasks:

  • Ensure the correct processing of outgoing orders for a specific customer.
  • Your primary objective is to guarantee that these orders are delivered as scheduled, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • If any issues occur or if something deviates from the agreed "Service Level Agreement," you can provide solutions through system analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor the status of outgoing orders and address any exceptions in the "Transport Exception Handling" process.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis in the systems, keeping the established KPIs, expectations, and planning in mind.
  • Continuously check if all orders are processed accurately and assist with product supply.
  • If there is a mismatch between incoming and outgoing orders, you take action and know how to coordinate with the appropriate colleagues to resolve the issue.
