Job Description

In this role you will learn and assist in the drive for sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by supporting one of our Global Account Management teams. You support the commercial and creation and design team by translating opportunities into manageable project and drive excellence in project execution. This includes project planning, coordination, communication, and administration. You will be based in the Hilversum creative center and reporting to the Strategic Planner with a secondary reporting line to the Global Account Director. The Senior Project Coordinator will also support the development of the Hilversum Project Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination


• Understanding brief objectives and translate into manageable project and supporting communication of the approved project plan to the team members
• Ensuring that all the resources (benchmarks, bases, oils for CI tests) needed for the project are available at the Creative Center
• Responsibility for controlling and monitoring with regards to the project plan and brief parameters
• Facilitating the network and planning of the projects
• Responsibility for delivering the project successfully from a logistics perspective
• Following the Project through until closure with final result recorded in the project management system PUMA
• Facilitating customer visits, meetings and distributing minutes
• Provide support for the Global Account Business and Innovation meetings

Account Strategy


• Developing understanding of the Global account strategy and IFF team priorities
• Building and maintaining understanding of Account portfolio, activities, strategy, brand, market and decision-making process

Business Process Management & Systems


• Ensure full understanding of sampling and shipping process
• Agile usage & navigation of IFF tools and systems ensuring information is up-to-date and according to business standards
• Contribute to and lead identification, development, and roll out of best practices


Reporting


• Develop and maintain the project management summary reports for the Hilversum Global Account team
• Facilitate and operate as back-up for our Account team on Sales Forecasting Tool (SFT)

Required Experience


• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sciences or Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the industry with demonstrated success
• Fluent in Business English
• Proficient in computing (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with SAP is a plus
