As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls within our call center. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by providing high-quality support.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and prospects.
  • Making outbound calls to promote our services and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Accurately maintaining customer information and orders in our system.
  • Following procedures and scripts to deliver consistent service.


The department offers significant job autonomy, and you’ll work in a fun, informal team. With colleagues of varying ages and nationalities, you’ll have ample interaction across different departments while coordinating efforts to provide exceptional service.


RESTRICTED:

Our open office space enhances collaboration with colleagues. Whether you want to chat or need to focus, there are coffee corners and one-person offices available. Plus, in our meeting rooms, you can even write on the walls
