Als Teamleider Inbound Goods Receipt ben je verantwoordelijk voor een kostenefficiënte bedrijfsvoering binnen jouw afdeling, waarbij de klant centraal staat.

Taken
  • Coördinatie en toezicht op de goederenontvangst en de opslag/verwijdering in het hoogbouwmagazijn:
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige lossing van goederen.
  • Controleren van leveringen aan de hand van vrachtbrieven en andere begeleidende documenten.
  • Prioriteren en verwerken van gekoelde en crossdock-leveringen.
  • Organiseren en toezicht houden op de opslag/verwijdering in het hoogbouwmagazijn volgens werkvoorschriften.

Beheer van intern transport in de logistiek:

  • Plannen en coördineren van het interne transport van goederen binnen het magazijn.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en soepele materiaalstroom.
  • Toezicht houden op en optimaliseren van interne transportprocessen om knelpunten te voorkomen en de productiviteit te verhogen.

Leiding geven aan en ondersteunen van het team:

  • Leiding geven aan het team bij de goederenontvangst en de opslag/verwijdering in het hoogbouwmagazijn.
  • Ondersteunen van teamleden bij het uitvoeren van hun taken.
  • Organiseren van trainingen en inwerkprogramma's voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Bevorderen van een positieve en productieve werkomgeving.

Kwaliteitsborging en documentatie:

  • Zorgen voor naleving van alle relevante werkvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Documenteren van controles en afwijkingen.

Communicatie en samenwerking:

  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen zoals Outbound, Inkoop en Kwaliteitsmanagement.
Vereisten
  • MBO- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau en/of leidinggevende ervaring in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamspeler.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Duits en Engels.
  • Grondige kennis van goederenontvangst en het omgaan met magazijnbeheersystemen zoals SAP en het MS Office-pakket.
  • Goede kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket.
  • In staat respectvol op te treden en als voorbeeld te dienen voor andere medewerkers.
  • In staat om in processen te denken en verbanden te herkennen en te begrijpen.
  • Gemotiveerd, veerkrachtig, flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Bereidheid om in diensten te werken van maandag t.e.m. zondag (2 ploegendienst inclusief zaterdag en zondag 1x in 4 weken)
