We are now seeking:

Marketing Executive

(Hybrid based in Rotterdam)

You will become a part of by a dedicated marketing team in Rotterdam, with full passion, entrepreneurial spirit and local approach to progress the brand and to develop our leading position to customers and consumers. We want our brands to be sustainable, innovative, appealing and most of all the favourite brand in our category, to customers and consumers.

Your role would be to bring a positive impact on the brand in close collaboration with the Marketing Managers and other departments. Various elements like product changes management, social media planning and management, budget administration and (ad hoc) business monitoring are important in this delivery.


We offer you a dynamic role with lots of flexibility, like hybrid working (2 days mandatory at the office, other days from home or somewhere else), flexible working schedules and possibility to buy or sell holidays.


Main activities:

  • General support on both our brands in close collaboration with the marketing managers
  • Lead, coordinate and deliver NP and EPD projects on the brands including management of the project meetings
  • Packaging (design) management (labels, checks, changes and approvals)
  • Implementing and managing the social media strategy on our brands as well as the brand websites
  • Delivery of in store communication such as displays and various advertising including on line communication
  • Lead internal brand communication (news letters for instance)
  • Competitor scanning
  • Project management for brand events, activations.
  • Analyse, track and monitor our brand performance using Nielsen, GFK data and internal sales data



Ideal Profile

Role Requirements


Knowledge / Experience

  • Graduate caliber
  • Working experience in the field of consumer brand / marketing support within the (Dutch) FMCG market is a definite plus
  • Preferably with a digital/ online experience in marketing
  • Experience of working with Dutch retail customers would be a benefit
  • Preferably understanding of Nielsen/GfK data and reporting, monitoring

  • Strong communicator – written and verbal
  • Committed and can do attitude
  • Analytical (comfortably understanding / interpreting / analysing data)

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dutch (a must) and English speaking. German is a plus.
