We stock new and rotable parts and supply to fixed wing operators worldwide. Our offices, consignment shops, and our partnerships with many manufacturers, give us a global reach. Our headquarters is located in Atlanta and we have sales offices in Amsterdam and Shanghai.
TasksAs the Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA-region, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for an assigned portfolio of accounts. You will execute sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business oppurtunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report to the Sales Director Global.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across the EMEA region.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including aircraft operators and MRO's. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives. Work closely with the senior management team to finalize agreements.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regularly report progress to senior management. Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to sales activities, contracts, and client relationships.
- Providing Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback from the market and your customers to inform product development, pricing strategies, and overall business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Aviation, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, experience in the aviation industry prefered.
- Prefered; In-depth knowledge of aviation products and services, including aircraft parts, components, and maintenance solutions.
- Being a team-player is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region.
- Fluency in English
