Functieomschrijving


In de rol vanmanufacturing engineer op de afdeling NPI draag je deverantwoordelijkheid voor het brengen van hoogwaardige productenvan ontwerp tot aan het punt van 'release for volume'. Binnen eenmultidisciplinair projectteam ben je technisch verantwoordelijkvoor het vaststellen van de maakstrategie en het waarborgen van hetassemblageproces. Tevens bied je ondersteuning aan de productie bijhet vervaardigen en kwalificeren van prototypes en pilots, dieuiteindelijk leiden tot volumefabricage.

Jijfungeert als het technische aanspreekpunt voor klantcontact.Belangrijke kenmerken voor het vervullen van de rol vanmanufacturing engineer NPIomvatten:

  • Het leveren van DfX-inputaan en deelnemen in ontwikkelteams (intern en/ofextern);
  • Zorgdragen voor het vrijgeven endocumenteren van technische aspecten via het Product GeneratieProces (PGP);
  • Het organiseren en leiden vanreview meetings met klanten en leveranciers om technischevraagstukken op te lossen en goedkeuring teverkrijgen;
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aanwerkvoorbereiding en montage tijdens prototype- enpilotproductie.


Functie-eisen
  • Je beschikt over een technischehbo-opleiding (bijv. Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of eenvergelijkbare richting);
  • Je hebt minimaal 2jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan;
  • Bijvoorkeur heb je ervaring met industriële maak- enengineeringprojecten in de hightechmachinebouw;
  • Gezien de centrale rol van dezefunctie ben je klantgericht en communicatief vaardig (Nederlandseen Engelse taal);
  • Je hebt kennis van deontwikkeling van productiesystemen;
  • Je bentbekend met procesbeheersing van productie omgevingen: proces flow,PFMEA, control plan, etc.;
  • Als persoon ben jenauwkeurig, flexibel en gedreven om uitdagingen aan tegaan;
  • Je bent proactief en beschikt overdaadkracht.
