We are currently recruiting for a PMO, Data Management & Regulatory reporting for our offices in Amsterdam.

The MBE subsidiary based in The Netherlands is a growing network of branches, managed from Amsterdam.

Purpose of the role:
The PMO is responsible for supporting the Project Managers in his/her role to coordinate and manage all aspects of Data Management & Regulatory reporting implementations according to the established time schedule. The new PMO will be directly assigned to the largest (strategic) project of MBE (started this year).

Key Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains a platform for collaboration and information sharing. Monitors project progress and intervenes pro-actively; escalates if appropriate. Sees to a timely and thorough preparation of documentation, meetings etc.Prepare power point packs for formal meetings like steerco's and committees and/or review steerco packs produced by PMOrganize logistics: onboarding of new project resources, organize and plan recurring (steerco meetings) and ad hoc meetings, capture and share minutes of the meeting, align with senior secretaries in case Management Board members are involved Ensures compliance with in-and external regulations.  A can-do attitude and commercial mind-set with experienced in working to targets and is not afraid to get their hands dirty where necessary. Overseeing a fast-paced project portfolio with the ability to optimize and or offer support to guarantee timelines and requirements are met. Coordinate the project management team and delegate tasks. Ensure, establish and maintain the Project Management Standards, and best practice, ensuring that project is executed efficiently. Monitor expenditures and create detailed reports for steerco and/or upper management Administration miscellaneous like monitoring of time capturing by project members Follow up on outstanding requests with Service Desk

Education and work experience:

Master’s degree and 2 years of experience as a Project Manager Officer and/or PMO lead, in the financial industry.

Technical Skills and Knowledge requirements

The function also requires knowledge and understanding/experience of / with the bank's business, policies, rules and guidelines. 

The candidate has a deep understanding of and/or advanced skills in:

Project Management (from planning to evaluation). End-to-end processes and front office workflows. Change Management (tools and methodologies such as SWOT, gap analyses etc.) . Working in an international matrix organization . Communication (verbal and written) Planning and organization (solving problems, managing relations and short timelines). Common IT applications

Project Administration support tasks

Plan, organize, update and steer actions for project implementations. Support on developing project deliverables based on requirements. Linking pin within the team and to other stakeholders. Organize and facilitate meetings. Support on HR related (administrative) activities. Check and prepare material as needed for project activities. Design and update a range of schedules and action lists.

Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment. 30 vacation days per year. Optional you can buy 15 additional days. Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,23 per km with a max of 75km one way. €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month. Possibility to order a mobile phone (up to €800,-) Possibility to order Office Equipment’s for the home office, (up to €500,-) Remote Working Policy i.e. Working From Home (WFH) and Remote Working in another Country. Bicycle plan (fiscal benefit) Company fitness (fiscal benefit) Mental health workshops and budget for external courses (i.e. Dutch language classes). Employee contribution towards Pension insurance (max 5%, currently 2%), our pension scheme is based on a defined contribution scheme. Training & development possibilities paid by the bank
