To elevate DFC (Detecting Financial Crime) Operations, our client launched a Transformation program centered on core KYC products and services. We’re seeking a Program Management Officer (Dutch-speaking) to join the team and drive the program’s success. This role involves:

- Collaborating closely with the program manager and delivery managers.
- Managing workshops, meetings, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensuring proper program documentation, risk logs, and data integrity.

**As a PMO consultant, you should**:

- Be fluent in Dutch and have excellent English language skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, complex international environment.
- Be a result-oriented team player with strong responsibility and initiative.
- Excel in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Have banking landscape knowledge, preferably in KYC/CDD.
- Be proficient in spreadsheeting and PowerPoint.
