You welcome each Client to the House of CHANEL in a sincere and generous spirit, to offer an ultimate and unforgettable experience.

Fitting and sewing:

Thanks to your expertise in tailoring, you advise clients to enhance their morphology, while respecting the spirit of the collection and CHANEL's style. You carry out the adjustments to the level of requirement expected by CHANEL in respect of the art of CHANEL tailoring.

You will contribute to the CHANEL Ready-to-Wear strategy by offering a unique and memorable alteration service that enhances the client experience and satisfaction. You will showcase your expertise and passion for tailoring by advising clients on the best fit and style for their morphology and preferences. You will perform the alterations with precision and rigor, respecting the fabrics and the construction of the pieces, and applying the sewing techniques and know-how of CHANEL.

What you will bring

Guarantor of the “Bien-aller" :

You have an eye trained to detect the necessary adjustments to adapt the ready-to-wear piece to the unique morphology of each client.

Mastery of the language of pins:

You position the pins according to the codes established at CHANEL, respecting the fabrics and the construction of the pieces to carry out adjustments a precise way.

Mastery of Sewing Techniques:

You master sewing techniques and alteration know-how. You master the different flou and tailoring techniques, for the top pieces (blouse, waistcoat, jacket and coat) and the bottom pieces (skirt, pants and dress)

Organization:

You are organized, you know how to manage a delivery agenda. You are responsible, able to satisfy or manage emergencies. You know how to anticipate material needs so as not to delay the implementation of adjustments. Within the Boutique team and the Tailoring community, you know how to look for the support necessary for the success of your mission.
