The Opportunity

As a Market Access Analyst at Abacus Medicine Pharma Services, you take an international view towards pricing and reimbursement and contribute to submissions across a wide range of territories. Reporting to the Senior Market Access Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring access to life-changing treatments for rare disease patients around Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Dossier Preparation and Adaptation:

Assist in the creation and adaptation of Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) dossiers tailored to diverse markets. Ensure seamless integration of partner and internal stakeholder inputs, as well as market-specific insights and real-world evidence (RWE).

Analysis and Research

Conduct thorough market access landscape analyses to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop a deep understanding of reimbursement pathways in various markets, including Europe. Gather and analyze data essential for Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) modeling, leveraging real-world evidence and cost inputs. Conduct comparative research on competitor products to inform market access strategies.

About You, Our New Colleague

To apply, a Bachelor’s degree in economics, health economics, life sciences, or a related field is required. Ideally, candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in a market access or similar role, with a particular emphasis on European markets.

In terms of skills, we're seeking individuals who are:

Proficient in analyzing and conveying complex data effectively. Exceptional communicators, both in written and verbal contexts. Advanced users of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledgeable about health economic modeling and analysis methodologies. Collaborative team players adept at working across functions.
