Functieomschrijving

Als HSE Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van effectieve gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuprogramma's binnen ons bedrijf. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat onze activiteiten voldoen aan alle wettelijke vereisten en interne normen op het gebied van HSE. Je identificeert risico's, voert audits uit, en biedt training en ondersteuning om een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving te waarborgen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van onze HSE-processen en -procedures.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van HSE-beleid en procedures.
  • Identificeren en evalueren van potentiële gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieurisico's.
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige audits en inspecties om naleving van HSE-voorschriften te waarborgen.
  • Leveren van training en educatie aan medewerkers over veiligheidsprocedures en -praktijken.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten, ongevallen en milieuklachten en het opstellen van rapporten met aanbevelingen voor preventieve maatregelen.
  • Samenwerken met externe instanties en deskundigen op het gebied van HSE.
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van HSE-comités en werkgroepen.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven binnen het bedrijf

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor of Master diploma in een relevante discipline zoals Milieuwetenschappen, Veiligheidskunde, of Industriële Hygiëne.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische of productieomgeving.
  • Gedegen kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van HSE.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief te werken met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Certificeringen zoals NEBOSH, VCA, of gelijkwaardig zijn een pré.
  • Bekendheid met kwaliteits- en milieumanagementsystemen zoals ISO 14001 en ISO 45001 is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
