Position Summary
Plan and direct the STERIS Healthcare market development throughout the BeNeLux, CH/AT and Dealer markets via the direct and indirect sales channels, in close cooperation with, and as a part of, the regional management. Develop internal and external support infrastructure to assist in managing and driving marketing, branding, training, and product launch initiatives.
Duties
Develops and implements strategies to ensure growth in all business units whilst ensuring retention in mature/developed market positions developing Business Plans in collaboration with Sales and Commercial Teams for each Business unit.
Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, Healthcare to ensure close alignment to each BU Strategy whilst ensuring local implementation delivers to the BeNeLux, CH/AT and Dealer market needs through successful management and alignment with each of the Business Unit Marketing Managers and Sales Leadership
Manages and monitors marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, delivering results within the agreed annual budget.
Complete monthly activity reports/Scorecards detailing strategies and outcomes/counter measures ensuring all BU’s objectives remain on track and deliver against agreed business plans.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing sales data, market trends in key markets, forecasts and country analysis, new product information, product positioning.
Completes Capital Appropriation Requests as required, supporting the location's operating requirements.
Service as the department’s leader with the Environmental, Health and Safety, and other internal and external agencies/groups. Leads and acts as a change agent corporate security measures for the facility, products, and human resources. Participate with regional/global warehouse footprint studies to ensure optimized design and capabilities.
Work closely with the Commercial Directors to support development of pricing policies and products registration strategies ensuring market feedback on pricing is current as part of the feedback process.

Education Degree
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
Minimum ten (10) to 15 years experience.
Experience in leading, organization and creating a winning culture based on mutual respect that attracts and retains high-performing, team-oriented professionals.
Good understanding of the commercial process of sales and marketing in direct and indirect international sales environments
Experience and proven success, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams including regulatory, sales, customer ops, upstream marketing
Demonstrated successful experience in managing downstream marketers
Expertise in marketing capital equipment and consumables to the medical marketplace
A track record of success that demonstrates analytical marketing skills and innovation
Experience with Customers - qualifying and quantifying leads and the ability to translate into new business opportunities.
Excellent interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills in order to develop and maintain rapport and effective internal and external relationships to support business success.
Strong leadership and presentational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
A strong financial aptitude
