As a Technical Application Manager, you will:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support on Microsoft 365 collaboration applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Proactively coordinate with internal colleagues, such as project team members.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of (self-built) solutions within the workspace.
  • Ensure that end users have the correct training material.
  • Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and contractors.
  • Answer requests/tickets from stakeholders and/or end users.
  • Follow-up on requests and support issues.
  • Create new collaborative environments for stakeholders (Teams and team sites).

  • Create manuals and e-learning for easy adoption.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A relevant education at HBO level and an affinity with ICT.
  • At least five years of experience with M365.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience (3 years +) of setting up documentation and information flows in complex project organizations, preferably in the infrastructural/offshore field.
  • At least three years of experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic, and intrinsically motivated attitude, taking responsibility and ownership.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Provide effective support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 collaboration applications.
  • Coordinate proactively with internal teams and stakeholders.
