The Platform OperationsTeam is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of thee-commerce and Partner Program platform, providing first-linesupport for any incidents to ensure a best-in-class experience forour brand.

ThePosition:

As a PlatformOperations Coordinator on the Platform Operations team, you willact as the key link between the business and product teams. Yourrole involves supporting various teams by providing guidance andadvice on how to align effectively with processes within theDigital Sales Environment. You’ll have the opportunity tocontribute to high-visibility campaigns while gaining in-depthknowledge of the workings of a global e-commerceplatform.

Expectedresponsibilities:

  • Assist the Incident Management Lead and the PlatformOperations Team in evaluating issue severity and prioritizingtickets accordingly.
  • Collaborate with thetechnical support and product teams to investigate live issues onthe e-commerce website.
  • Lead the coordinationand communication with other Ecommerce teams, providing updates onissue statuses, related Jira tickets, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internalstakeholders and external partners regarding live websiteissues.
  • Gather data from Jira and Grafana togenerate statistical charts for monthly Platform Incidentreports.
  • Manage the support mailbox, ensuringinquiries are addressed promptly and escalating to team memberswhen necessary.
  • Provide data and input filesto external vendors for weekly or monthly platform-relatedtasks.
  • Execute operational tasks such ascreating promotional activities and performing cache clears on thelive platform.

TheIdeal Candidate:

  • Acollaborative team player who enjoys networking and assistingothers in problem-solving.
  • At least 1 year ofprofessional experience in Ecommerce, QA, or a supportrole.
  • Strong organizational skills with anability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Ananalytical, detail-oriented mindset, with a passion forinvestigation and finding solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with tools such asJIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English.
