Voor BAS Vans zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, zelfstandig is en leuk vindt om met inkoop- en voorraadbeheer van bedrijfswagen onderdelen bezig te zijn. Als ‘Parts Coördinator Vans’ ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en het voorraadbeheer van alle LCV onderdelen. Een mooie uitdaging met veel verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling Je weet immers nooit van te voren welke type onderdelen jouw collega’s van de werkplaats vandaag nodig hebben en welke onderdelenleverancier de beste deal voor jou heeft Iedere dag ontvang jij vanuit jouw interne klant (de werkplaats) tientallen aanvragen voor verschillende benodigde onderdelen. Hoe de aanvraag er ook uit ziet, jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats diezelfde dag nog het juiste onderdeel voor de beste prijs in handen heeft.

In jouw rol is het erg belangrijk dat je zorgt voor de juiste balans tussen een scherpe offerte voor de werkplaats en een mooie winstmarge voor jouw afdeling. Win-win

Jouw takenpakket
  • Op basis van binnenkomende aanvragen de juiste onderdeelnummers bij de gevraagde artikelen opzoeken;
  • Offertes opvragen en onderdelen inkopen bij leveranciers;
  • Proactief nabellen als een snelle reactie van een leverancier uitblijft;
  • Het zorg dragen van een complete offerte inclusief interessante alternatieven (zowel nieuw, als tweedehands en imitatie onderdelen) en communiceren naar de interne klant;
  • Voorraadbeheer en -controle;
  • Financiële administratieve werkzaamheden;

  • Je beschikt over minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je spreekt naast Nederlands ook goed Engels;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met autotechniek;
  • Kennis hebben van automatiseringssystemen is een pré;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en wacht niet af;
  • Je bent gedreven in het ‘’inkoopspelletje’’ en laat je niet zo snel uit het veld slaan;
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, communicatief sterk en hebt een service gerichte instelling.

We zijn actief sinds 1962. Sindsdien vestigden wij onze naam als een betrouwbare kracht in de Automotive. Als familiebedrijf zijn wij wereldwijd actief in kopen, onderhouden en verkopen van vrachtwagens, trekkers, trailers, bouwmachines, bedrijfswagens en landbouwmachines.

Al onze kennis en ervaring verwerkten we daarnaast in de ontwikkeling van basworld.com. Hier verbinden we kopers en verkopers met elkaar en helpen we hen om snel, gemakkelijk en veilig te handelen. Onze ambitie voor BAS kent geen grenzen. Rijd jij voorop om BAS naar het volgende niveau te brengen?
