Wat ga je doen?

  • Optimaliseren van de huidige transportoperaties en ontwikkelen van nieuwe strategieën om te voldoen aan zowel klantverwachtingen als bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Coördineren en beheren van dagelijkse transportactiviteiten.
  • Aansturen van het team om KPI's en SLA's te behalen zonder concessies te doen aan kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Monitoren en rapporteren van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse prestaties.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses op het gebied van transportvolume, efficiëntie, kwaliteit en kosten, en identificeren van verbeterpunten.
  • Toezien op budgetten, beheren van leveranciers en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de gefactureerde kosten.
  • Leiding geven aan en uitvoeren van diverse projecten zoals toegewezen door het management.
RequirementsFunctiecriteria Transport Manager EMEA

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare werkervaring in leidinggevende of managementrollen binnen de transportsector, bij voorkeur in de 3PL logistieke dienstverlening. Ervaring met strategische routeplanning binnen de Europese markt is essentieel.
  • Vaardigheden: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en kennis van transportmanagementsystemen (TMS), big data-analyse en routeplanningssoftware zijn een pluspunt. Bekwaamheid in MS Office, vooral Excel, is vereist.
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Interpersoonlijke Vaardigheden: Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
SalarisDe aanbieding Transport Manager EMEAAanbod
  • Contract: Direct dienstverband voor 1 jaar (inclusief 1 maand proeftijd), met de intentie om daarna een vast contract aan te bieden.
  • Salaris: Een competitief bruto maandsalaris tussen €4000 en €5000, afhankelijk van ervaring, op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
