Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to established guidelines, processes, and protocols across all site operations.
  • Supervise site administration to meet predefined performance benchmarks (punctuality, quality, budget adherence).
  • Act as the site's representative in all project decision-making forums, liaising with internal management, clients, and the project team.
  • Coordinate contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-execution planning to on-site implementation.
  • Identify and evaluate risks/opportunities at the construction site, including economic, organizational, and contractual considerations, while managing change requests.
  • Maintain vigilance over compliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols, ensuring adherence to quality and environmental health and safety (EHS) guidelines.
  • Provide leadership to a team of skilled employees within a functional unit.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification, or vocational education in electrical engineering coupled with substantial experience (5 years or more).
  • Proven track record of professional experience working with electrical equipment.
  • Preferably, exposure to diverse cultural environments.
  • Flexibility to engage in extended periods of overseas project assignments (3 weeks on-site, 1 week off-site).
  • Fluent in business English (proficiency in Dutch is advantageous).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and an EU passport.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
