Responsibilities:

  • Ensurestrict adherence to established guidelines, processes, andprotocols across all site operations.
  • Supervisesite administration to meet predefined performance benchmarks(punctuality, quality, budget adherence).
  • Actas the site's representative in all project decision-making forums,liaising with internal management, clients, and the projectteam.
  • Coordinate contractors throughout theproject lifecycle, from pre-execution planning to on-siteimplementation.
  • Identify and evaluaterisks/opportunities at the construction site, including economic,organizational, and contractual considerations, while managingchange requests.
  • Maintain vigilance overcompliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols,ensuring adherence to quality and environmental health and safety(EHS) guidelines.
  • Provide leadership to a teamof skilled employees within a functionalunit.

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in electricalengineering or equivalent technical qualification, or vocationaleducation in electrical engineering coupled with substantialexperience (5 years or more).
  • Proven trackrecord of professional experience working with electricalequipment.
  • Preferably, exposure to diversecultural environments.
  • Flexibility to engage inextended periods of overseas project assignments (3 weeks on-site,1 week off-site).
  • Fluent in business English(proficiency in Dutch isadvantageous).
  • Possession of a valid driver'slicense and an EU passport.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
