Je functie We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Specialist to support our Sea Logistics team in Rotterdam. In this versatile role you are an important link between customer and internal stakeholders, when it comes to commercial, customer service, day to day planning and administrative activities. Je verantwoordelijkheden
  • You are the accountowner, you take over day-to-day interactions with existing customers and get your own customer portfolio for which you will be primarily responsible.
  • You qualify and manage as the vocal point for your customers and together with the internal stakeholders manage all the customers demand/needs.
  • You proactively engage with internal teams to work together to manage customers in your portfolio.
  • You manage the documentation process and have daily contact with Operational Care Centre team for timely and correctness follow up.
  • You oversee and manage the onboarding process of new customers in collaboration with outside sales and operational departments.
  • You offer proactive advice and consultancy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You monitor internal data and customer indicators / KPI in accordance with customer expectations, action plans, offer solutions and continuous improvement.
  • You ensure that administrative processes are efficient, under control, and successful. Your flexibility and problem-solvingattitude are great contributors to the positive outcome.

  • You have relevant working experience in sea freight and/or customer service.
  • You are a team player but also able to workfocused and independently.
  • You are organizationally strong, can set priorities, and distinguish main issues from side issues.
  • You have a customer service oriented attitude.
  • You prefer to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are able to prioritize and shift gears quickly.
  • You have an excellent command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage.
  • You are available as fulltime employee, for 40 hours a week.
