who areyou
  • You havepreviously done similar work as a logistics coordinator, teamleader, etc
  • You have good communication skillsand know how to motivate and enthuse the team in the rightway
  • Working in a 5-shift system is no problemfor you. The following 3 shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 2:30 PM to10:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Obtaininga VGB screening (lived in the Netherlands for 8 consecutive years)is no problem for you.
what willyou do

You work as a logisticscoordinator in the distribution center and provide GXO Lelystadcustomers with the right products. Various clothing stores ordertheir stock here. You are also responsible for the operationalmanagement of a team consisting mainly of order pickers in thewarehouse. You will be involved in, among other things, thefollowing activities:

  • You areresponsible for the progress of the operational process. Considerthe following work processes: picking, packing, scanning, wrapping,counting products or other tasks.
  • You assigntasks and monitor the progress of work foraccuracy.
  • You monitor the quality of theprocesses, policies and compliance with procedures withinGXO.
  • Training new team members and supportingtheir adjustment and integration into therole.
