While you are on this exciting journey with us, you will receive plenty of support along the way. Our Mentoring and Buddy Program will help you to settle from Day 1 and feel comfortable in your role as a trainee. Additionally, we will offer a concentrated blend of experimental on-the-job learning through different assignments in various Commercial Operations departments; classroom and online training will enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace, leveraging strengths and defining your career path. You will learn all aspects of our commercial operations including strategy, planning and performance, reporting and analytics, technology, leadership, and professional ethics and values. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through each step of your training, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Our Commercial Operations Graduate Program is designed for you to be prepared for future leaders within AkzoNobel. After 2,5 years and 3 rotations. It is also possible to explore other opportunities with the global AkzoNobel organization. Together with your Mentor, you will explore the different career opportunities that fit to your strengths and where you can create the most impact for yourself and AkzoNobel.

Operate and collaborate in different teams on various assignments with real hands-on responsibilities crucial to our business. 3 Rotations + multi country assignment in one of our leading Commercial Operations departments. Individual learning & development curriculum for your career (Process improvement, Crucial conversations). Personal Buddy & Mentoring Program. Close cooperating with our Comops Benelux management team.
Location: Sassenheim|Leiden, the Netherlands or Vilvoorde|Brussels, Belgium

What do you bring?
You obtained a Bachelor's or Masters degree in a Business economics, IT & Management, IT & Marketing, Business Development or related studies, in . You have high ambitions and desire to learn and grow into a leadership position. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ready to embrace a digital future of AkzoNobel. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint. Proficiency in Dutch & English (French is nice to have).-
