Description The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

The   Emergency Dispatcher   is responsible for providing the highest service to individuals in an emergency.

The support will be through inbound calls and Chat.

This role is based in   Amsterdam , but do not worry We have an amazing relocation package to support your first month

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in emergency response or emergency communication environments
  • Ability to communicate with customers promptly
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment is a plus
  • Open to flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with great attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
  • Current certification in CPR, emergency, Fire, and Police dispatch is a plus
  • Required to be fluent in German, both in written and spoken
  • Proficiency in English, B2 level (minimum requirement).
