RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster robust strategic relations with our customers to achieve long term business growth. You nurture our customers feedback as this is akin to laying the foundation of our success. #customerobession is one of our company values for a good reason. Be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ towards the internal organisation, challenge internal stakeholders, get things done and strive for continuous improvement. Implement and improve a structured Key Account Management approach, aligned with our mission to become the trusted TIER 1 foundry in InP. Guide team members in their growth and development, be an example. Be a sparring partner to our Product Management team, giving customer inputs to SMART’s Technology Roadmap. Represent our company towards your customers during visits, events, and occasionally commercial and global exhibitions. Lead the successful launch of new products, collaborating with other departments to create a solid go-to-market strategy. Solid administration, data collection and – analyse, securing measurable and factual statistics and KPI’s.QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field. Experience in an account management role with a proven track record of managing photonics – or complex semiconductor device customers is a must have requirement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unforeseen situations. Resilience and understanding of the challenges of a scale-up in a new technology where the “mature” product does not yet exist. Open to travel up to 25% of the time, on a global scale. Proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed business objectives. Onsite presence required, living in the region or willing to relocate, working from home allowed 25% of your time. Flawless verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills, being able to communicate with all levels and functions within the customer organisation.
