Black Belt Quality engineer NPI
De functie
Als Black Belt Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van strategische LEAN Six Sigma projecten. Tevens ondersteun en faciliteer je in de methodisch juiste uitvoering van de Quality Tools Process Flow Diagram, P-FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, en Problem Solving binnen New Product Introduction projecten. Onze klanten bevinden zich in uitdagende high tech markten zoals de semiconductor industrie, healthcare, analytical en science. Je neemt het voortouw in het fact based oplossen van de complexe quality issues. Hierbij hanteer je een tactische LEAN Six sigma aanpak. Je toont eigenaarschap en initiatief om anderen mee te nemen in een gestructureerde probleemaanpak. Op deze manier worden Q-issues organisatie breed en definitief opgelost.
Je bouwt mee aan een LEAN Six Sigma structuur en de transformatie van product denken naar proces en FLOW denken. Daarin coach je Green Belts, Yellow Belts en leidinggevers bij de uitvoering van verbeterprojecten. Bij weerstand weet je je ideeën over te dragen en mensen te overtuigen.
Jouw profiel
Je beschikt over een HBO/WO-opleiding in de richting technische bedrijfskunde, werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of andere technische achtergrond; Je hebt ruime ervaring met industriële maak- en engineeringprojecten in de (hightech) machinebouw of automotive; Gezien de centrale rol van deze functie ben je klantgericht en communicatief vaardig (Nederlandse en Engelse taal); Je bent bekend met methodieken zoals LEAN Six Sigma, P-FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA etc; Je beschikt over een Black belt of Master Black belt certificering en hebt aantoonbare praktische ervaring met het uitvoeren van LEAN Six Sigma projecten; Als persoon ben je nauwkeurig, doelgericht en gedreven om eigenaarschap te nemen; Je bent proactief en beschikt over daadkracht om uitdagingen aan te gaan alleen en met een team.Wat bieden wij jou?
